We only stock quality products that we stand by and trust. Our vans are stocked with the same quality chemicals for

on-the-road, and our service technicians regularly test and review the products we sell to ensure they meet our high standards and do what they're supposed to do.

Our experienced staff are trained to:

  • Test your water for free and advise you on the best chemicals to ensure your pool water is hygienically balanced.
  • Explain how to use your chemicals safely and according to the manufacturer's directions.
  • Offer advice and information on any pool equipment you need, such as chlorinators, cleaners, filters, cleaners, pumps, lights, etc.
  • Arrange for repair quotations on all pool equipment, including warranty work.
  • Trouble shooting.
Why We Test Your Pool Water

On Saturdays, we offer FREE water testing at our small warehouse or for a small fee; we can come to you to conduct the test and then email a water analysis report outlining what actions you need to take. Our vans are stocked with pool chemicals so we can supply products that you maybe short on hand.

We fully understand chemical balancing such as pH, chlorine and total alkalinity for the proper care of your pool or spa and how an imbalanced pool can quickly turn nasty.

It is important to maintain the necessary hygiene conditions of the water and help prevent water problems that can cause damage to not only your pool or spa but also your filtration equipment.

Did you know the chemicals you put in the pool will only work effectively to the manufacturer's specifications if the swimming pool waters' pH is at an optimum level?

This also applies to the length of life of your chlorinator, chlorinator cell, filter, pump, cleaner and even hoses.

Know Your Pool
A few things you should know about your pool:
  • The pool surface and size. We can then best determine the correct amount of chemicals to add to your pool water. (See our Frequently Asked Questions page on how to calculate)
  • Age and type of filter - is it sand or cartridge?
  • Age and brand of chlorinator - is it self cleaning?
  • Number of hours the chlorinator is running per day.
  • Type of cleaner.
  • Take a few pics of your filtration system and any water issues you're having.
